Corrections Chaplain’s Duties
The trained Biblical Chaplain must share the unchanging Truth of God’s Word, the only true hope, without compromise or concern for political correctness or popularity.
For Staff:
The Biblical Corrections Chaplain is there first to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of the staff of the facility, and secondarily he is there for the needs of inmates. The duties and responsibilities of the Biblical Corrections Chaplain to staff members are similar to those of his duties to regular patrol officers. (Jail Staff See “Biblical LE Chaplain Duties“)
For Inmates:
True hope for the rehabilitation of criminal and addictive behavior comes through repentance and heart change as the result of conviction by the Holy Spirit; not through psychology, philosophy, or liberal “feel good, easy-believism” theology or contemporary-style “worship” with entertaining toe-tapping music or exciting emotional experiences.

Through a solid, Biblically-fundamental approach, the Biblical Corrections Chaplain can provide a host of services to inmates in jails or prisons:

- * Addictive Behaviors such as Gambling, Theft, Deceitfulness, Pornography, Bitterness, Hatred, Prejudice, Worry, Fear, Anxiety, Depression
